Brief behavioral first round and 2 case-like questions second round. Everything done on the phone. Super easy, just depends on how well you click with the interviewer. Tests your interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

questions based on Leadership principles, asking about specific experiences with data to provide on the results and outcome of the solutions provided.
Interview lasted around 45 minutes. Several rounds of interviews were expected

phone screen with recruiter - asked regular behavioral questions and some technical skills to gauge my financial skills. recruiter was very nice and shared with me more about the role
Not hard pretty chill interviewers and they asked easy questions about finance and my resume did not take more than 30 minutes and left plenty of time to ask questions
