The online application first, Phone interview for the second process, online interview, recruiter interview. The candidates should prepare every step before you get involved in the interview process. Because you should know the company culture, the role you applied, and your experience.
It was short but they seemed disengaged. They asked maybe 4 questions that were all typical interview questions. Not too bad but not very personable either. I felt like I answered the questions pretty well but still didn't get an offer even though they seemed desperate for workers.

Interview
I had an initial call to confirm the hours I could work and my availability. Then from there I got the job and did the training. I didn’t have to do a formal interview.
very indepth and took multiple interviews that seemed to repeat one another. all and all a good process. make sure to look up the position you are going into before the interview
