I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Met with 5 people, 1 hour each. Mostly behavioral questions based on leadership principles + White board exercise/case study
Behavioral questions were very specific "tell me about a time when" questions. I recommend spending a few hours brainstorming the experiences that you want to talk about before the interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision quickly and didn't have time to consult with your manager or teammates.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
