Interview
1: Online Bewerbung abgeschickt und nach 2 Wochen per mail Rückmeldung erhalten um an einem numerical assessment test teilzunehmen
2: Numerical Assessment test (unbedingt davor üben, viele Schlussrechnungen, Interpretation von Graphen, test war auf Englisch)
3: Telefonat mit HR (Sehr professionell und angenehm - Englisch und Deutsch gemischt - keine fachlichen Fragen, sondern stark auf Ausbildung und Persönlichkeit)
4: Telefonat mit Leiter aus der Abteilung (sehr detailliert und auf die Stelle zugeschnitten - Erfahrung in vorherigen Jobs sehr wichtig - kurze Rechenaufgabe)
Sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Der Bewerber fühlt sich sehr wertgeschätzt und man hat das Gefühl, dass sich die handelnden Personen wirklich mit einem auseinandergesetzt haben. Es hilft sich die 14 Principles von Amazon anzusehen.

Was war die härteste Entscheidung, die Sie im Beruf treffen mussten? Warum war diese Entscheidung für Sie hart? Wie haben Sie das Risiko darin minimiert?
The interview process involved various steps but wasn’t too taxing. You had to meet various people and chat to them about your experience. There wasn’t a task to complete or anything so that was a blessing!
After 8 interviews they told me they were inclined to hire me but just with a lower position. They said that they would have checked if possible and if not they would have made sure to find a position for me in the company. Well, they just ghosted me
All is about OLP. You should prepare about 10 episodes and assume OLPs you might be assigned, and associate with the episodes that match to OLP. It would be better to use different episodes for each interviewer, but you can use same ones.
