I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxemburgo) in Aug 2016
Interview
Interview process was very thorough. Started with an online quantitative reasoning test. Then two HR interviews, confirming my past experience and asking more behavioral questions. Then, a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then 4 in-person interviews at Luxembourg HQ.

Question 1
What was the hardest challenge you faced in your previous work, how did you solve it? What were the impacts on your previous organization (numbers, details).
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
