I applied online. After the application I had to do a mathematical test online, then phone interview, then assessment day in Luxembourg (headquarters in Europe). At the assessment day they made me do an Excel test (not too hard) and four different one to one interviews.

They ask situational questions in line with their leadership principles. Nothing technical, but they dig very deep into your answers and ask for many details.
questions based on Leadership principles, asking about specific experiences with data to provide on the results and outcome of the solutions provided.
Interview lasted around 45 minutes. Several rounds of interviews were expected

phone screen with recruiter - asked regular behavioral questions and some technical skills to gauge my financial skills. recruiter was very nice and shared with me more about the role
Not hard pretty chill interviewers and they asked easy questions about finance and my resume did not take more than 30 minutes and left plenty of time to ask questions
