Lack of communication during the process. I was poorly looked after by the recruiter at Amazon, had to chase them in various occasions. They confused the city I applied to and made me go through the entire process, to advised me in the last interviews, that the position I applied initially was covered and they did invited me just in case I would consider to relocate.
45 minutes initial telephone interview.

They ask you questions about Amazon's principles, focus on customer obsession and ownership. Make sure you use the STAR method since that is the way they write everything out in their notes.

I interviewed through a staffing agency and accepted a contractor position as a recruiting coordinator. After about 9 months, I interviewed for a full time position at Amazon and met with 4-5 interviewers. Each interview was about 30- 45 minutes.
