technical process, very detailed , they don't contact you for awhile which I did not like, took way too long to not hear back so i moved forward with other jobs. I also heard that it is a stressful place to work. if you ask them this they will not deny it

2 rounds of interview. Round 1 has 2 back to back interviews. They are based on their leadership principles and depending on your answering you will have following up questions. They will let you know by end of day whether or not you have moved to next round. Second round is 3 back to back interviews. These are again based on their leadership principles. You will need to give situations on hen and how you exhibited those principles

Interview
There was an online round on hackerearth. It consisted of 20 MCQs and 2 coding questions.
Next round was 1 on 1 round. The interviewer was cool guy, he ensured that I'm not nervous and was very clear on questions.
Last round was also 1 on 1 round.
It is important to communicate the problem properly with the interviewer and explain your approach as you lead to the solution. They'll give you hints when you go in wrong direction.
