I didn’t progress past the assessment stage. It involved a 45-minute online questionnaire with job-related and task-focused questions. It was designed to evaluate practical understanding, situational judgment, and how I would approach decisions relevant to the role and its day-to-day responsibilities.

Leadership principles. Focused on specific ones applicable for internships. It had 2 loops, both more behavioural regarding the LPs. Give stories and link them to the LPs, such as learn & be curious.
