It was pretty easy and the interviewer was very kind so I had a good experience. The fast-paced and creative freedom around development is something I appreciate. Limiting the amount of time you are stuck on something and seeking feedback.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2024
Interview
First, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager for the role/team I was interviewing for, which lasted 45 minutes. There were some questions about my experience and resume, and also some questions based on Amazon Leadership Principles. I then heard back about 2-3 business days after that I would be proceeding to the "loop."
The loop was the most difficult part, because it required a lot of preparation. I had five, one hour interviews, and two thirty minute breaks. Each interviewer asked 2-4 questions based on the Amazon Leadership Principles, and questions about my background and technical skills. 10-15 mins were left per each interview round to ask questions about Amazon, the person's role, etc.
I heard back within the five business day guarantee with an offer.
