I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Spokane, WA) in Oct 2020
Interview
There are two interviews. I don't really understand why they split them up, but they do. The first one asks you about who you are as a person and sort of your morals and ethics. It also dives into example workplace situations and what you would do as a manager. The second one was shorter and also asks you about how you would solve a problem in the work place. One example situation was they asked me that one of my employees arrived late to work one day and asked why her paycheck wasn't the regular amount. She stated that another employee arrived late under a different area manager and still received full pay, so why isn't she. You have to tell the interviewer what you would say to her.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Houston, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
There were 2 back to back interviews, 45 minutes each. Both of the interviews were through Amazon Chime on a video call. Pretty simple process overall. It was a good interview process.
