Amazon HR Partner interview questions

Submitted an application, selected to complete an online assessment (1 hour), interview with a recruiter, interview with the hiring manager, another interview with another recruiter, panel interview with 5 individuals

The interview process can be lengthy and draining. You get a one hour phone interview, if you do well, you will be invited for interview loop with 3 to 5 managers depending on the job level.. The interview process is rigorous but intended to hire the best. They look for individuals who raise bar on the leadership principles.
