They asked me some very basic questions like why you want to leave your current job, why you want to join Amazon, what's your expected salary, would you like to work on night shift, etc. It seems this job is in their warehouse and they need someone can work during night shift. I told them I didn't want to work during night shift. They said they would contact me later but I never heard back from them.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Amazon (Nueva Delhi) in Mar 2016
Interview
A Very extensive and Long interview, and job interview was very unrelated to the job, i'm now working. Also previous experiences were not accounted for in the job offer as well.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2016
Interview
The initial interview was arranged by a graduate recruitment agency. A 30 minute telephone interview was booked which consisted of generic questions including why Amazon, what experience makes you right for the role. I was then invited to the London office for the most grilling interview I have ever had. It consisted of 3x 1hour30mins interview. By 3 different people. As you can imagine it is difficult to not repeat yourself when you are asked the same questions by each interviewer. I thought the process was very time consuming considering it was an entry level position.
