Amazon HR Business Partner interview questions

7 interviews with different interviewers each time, lasting 60 mins long each, during which I was repeatedly asked the same exact questions (introducing myself etc...) . The HR Team could have easily gathered all the interviewers together in one or two sessions since it took place remotely. Nevertheless I had to repeat myself constantly to each HR recruiter which leaves the impression of a lack of communication, skills and organization within the company. In a profitable and functioning company, it is not normal that the recruitment process takes so long. Indeed, when the demand is high a company needs to be quick and skillful in recruiting. Move along, this company is a big red flag.
