Amazon HR Business Partner interview questions

Had a phone screen, then a phone interview, then a second more formal phone interview with the Director. The process didn't take very long overall, but they did expect me to drop everything to take the initial phone screening - she didn't ask if it was a good time and just barreled through her questions.

One-to-one first interview, which went very well. Then four interviews in one day with separate peers and stakeholders, which was arranged very quickly after the first one - this was very tiring doing four in one day, and didn't go so well.
