online applied, took 1 month, interviewer was from UK 9 months experienced woman, first she didnt hear me she didnt fix her earphones, than didnt understand explanations, asked asked again, she was taking notes so slowly probably when Im saying something else she was forgetting the previous one, it was funny, you need to be super patient super ! I was expecting interviewed from at least more smart one. bcs her title was manager also, it is disappointing. she doesnt have enough experience, close to new ideas, but manager bravo really. so no need to exaggerate companies, shayt show is going on

The process was well structured and allowed for ample enough interactions with current employees to truly assess from both angles if it would be a good position. While informative, it was very long for not getting the job.
