The interview process was so call consisted of three rounds: Round 1: Interview with Talent Acquisition
Round 2: Interview with the Program Manager (your direct hiring manager basically) Round 3: Panel Interview (comprised of three separate interviews over two days -with all the Situational Questions) so if this adds up is not 3 rounds it is 5 rounds in total and it does not mean u get through the 4th round you get to 5th , the order do not make a difference . You just have to clear all 5 no matter what. Is a major waste of time and some of the leadership principle doesn't even make sense! Is a lies... look at the questions and got eyes rolling. There are so many 16 leadership principles and with each principle there are soooo many questions involving it and some really dont make any sense to me.
Interviewers were also rude, yawning through the zoom meeting.
It took about a week for them to update you. Call to tell you the outcome of the interviews result.
