Interview
1 phone interview with HR + 4 interviews on site : 1 with the hiring manager, 1 with the head of division, 1 with a HR manager, 1 with a random person from another department.
Interviewers all had a set of questions to test my reactions to some events as missing a deadline, being blamed for nothing, being right whereas a manager disagrees...
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied through my school's career website. A few weeks later I got a call back. It was a 30 min phone interview. After that I was invited to the Seattle's campus for an in-person interview. It was 2 hours long (4 30-min one-on-one's). Got an email congratulating me within the next two days.
I didnt have too many technical questions, maybe 2 or 3. Interviewers were really nice and guided well if I was unsure about the answer.

Interview
It was mostly pretty normal, there was an application and then a behavioral phone screen. The HR people were pretty nice and accommodating, just like you would expect HR people to be. There wasn't anything particularly out of the blue, and I didn't get too far in the process but it seemed like they were just very average.
