I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The process consisted of an initial phone screening, 2 phone interviews and a whole-day on-site interview. The interview process was smooth and all of the interviewers seemed smart and supportive. The follow-up from the recruiting manager was poor and was unresponsive after an offer was made. I intended to accept the generous offer but the lack of care and responsiveness from the recruiting manager caused me to decline.

Question 1
How would I present a business plan for entering a new market in South America?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2013
Interview
It was quite intense. I interviewed with a few different people. I was extremely impressed with how difficult and thorough the overall process was. I think that Amazon has the best hiring process out of any of the companies that I have ever interviewed at. I would definitely recommend companies to interview in a similar format as Amazon.

Question 1
How many airplanes at any one time are flying over the U.S.?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxemburgo) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online, was invited for an online test and then initial phone HR interview. Final round was with hiring manager in Luxembourg.
Interview was fairly average - was lots of behavioral / personality based questions around Amazon's leadership qualities. Was difficult to get any hints on my answers as most of the questions were "give me an example of...." type.
Received feedback after 4 weeks coz the hiring manager had gone on for holidays. Overall, I was quite underwhelmed by the interview experience.
