Interview
4-5 interviews followed by a homework assignment in the end. If you are interviewing with other companies, they will move you through the process very quickly within 2 weeks and are quick to decide if they want to give you an offer or not.

Phone screen - interviewer introduced himself and talked about his job and then began asking me questions about my resume. Asked questions about problem solving and failure. Gave me a vague case study with minimal time to answer.

Interview
The Interview was behavioral, and the process was done in 2 steps:
1) A 45 min phone Call with Hiring Manager.
2) Final Onsite Interview (virtual with me due to Covid lockdown) - 5 one hour interviews, where each interviewer was from a different team.

During the final interview, the questions were on Amazon principles, which mostly focused on 1) handling large data 2) working with cross-functional teams 3) managing clients 4) examples of innovation
