the process is pretty straight forward - application -> a phone call screening ->hiring manager interview ->panel interview. The last part is the most exhausting since there are at least 5 interviews 30 to 50 minutes each during the day.

Usually get a call or email from HR. Then get a face-to-face interview with a colleague you'll be working with. The interview is about 30-45 minutes long. They usually record/type what you say.
