Amazon Finance Manager interview questions

Had 2 phone interviews then was invited for on site. Had a round of interviews with 4 people. Mostly nice. They only asked questions about my previous experience, no tasks or presentations. Looks like they were looking for a cultural fit.

Straight forward… make sure to answer in STAR format. Study the leadership principles and make sure to prepare examples of ownership. Most importantly do not stress and interact conversationally throughout.
