The process took 4 weeks, Assessment then phone interview with hiring manager, then a 5 person loop interview over 2 days, 1 hour each focused on behavioral questions. Each asks 2-3 questions, with many follow-up/deep dive questions for the scenario you gave.

Too many rounds, interviewers are not who they said they will be. Overall feels like overkill and hard to schedule around. It’s a huge waste of time to have to go through so many rounds. A lot of the interviews don’t even know your job scope
