Amazon ERC Associate interview questions

I applied on a Monday. No assessments required, just received the “Thank you for applying. If we decide to move forward, a recruiter will reach out to discuss the next steps.” message. Two days later I was contacted by a recruiter informing me that my application and resume met the needs for the position and I was sent an email link to complete an assessment. Completed the assessment immediately and within 5 minutes the recruiter emailed saying they received my results and if I passed they would reach out with an offer. I was asked to confirm my availability and if I agree to the job description and training schedule. Received an offer through email that same day and was asked to accept or reject. The following day I was given my production schedule hours and asked to confirm if I could work the shift. From that point on I started on boarding for Amazon.

Phone interview, very laid back, they give you a study sheet , quick process. Great company to wor for if you can get past the training and scare tactics set by management.
