The interview moved quickly. Initial screenings felt straightforward, focusing on past projects and teamwork. The final technical round was tougher, exposing gaps in my approach, and ultimately led to rejection.
Three interviews, all back to back. Second interviewer disconnected mid call and ended up coming back and just told me to code the solution of which there was no prior discussion. Last interview came late and dismissive attitude.
