Amazon Customer Services Associate interview questions

I went to an Open House, gave my documents (ID, High School Diploma, Criminal Record...) and then they sent me to a test room, I took some English and customer service tests, as soon as I finished they said I passed and made me wait like 45-60 min for an interview. I was interviewed by a manager for about 15min, he asked about my previous experience and why I would like to work for Amazon and then some other questions to test my English. Right after that I waited some other 20-30min for a job offer, I chose my schedule and signed up a contract with them.
