Amazon Customer Service Associate interview questions

The interview was four rounds . First round self introduction where the candidates are shortlisted in 2 out of 15 , then was a versant test online which is normal and checks the typing and english . 3rd round was versant voice test .4 th round was HR . The interview took one day process. do not be tensed everything went so smooth

There were tfour rounds 1> personal introduction (@) online versant round_ u can go through internet and it is very beneficial. 4) personal interview.It was very nice and easy just you should have good communication skill.
