I was contacted by a recruiter to start the process. I had two or three initial conversations with recruiting, then an online assessment, which actual wasn't bad. Additionally, I needed to provide a writing sample. What bothered me most was that one of my behavioral interviews (one of six!) turned into an impromptu case study of my SQL skills, which I was not prepared for a felt was unfair. Once finished, I received an informal email rejection. All in all, I would not bother going through this process again.

It was a campus hiring. There was a exam on Mettl and after that there were 2 rounds of interview based on SQL, Cloud and LP's of Amazon. The whole experience was pretty good but can't able to understand on what basis they select students for the role.
