Amazon Business Analyst interview questions

I had a Phone Interview with Amazon for the Business Analyst position at Budapest office. The connection was very bed and I hardly hear the interviewer but it was a limited time and I could not ask her to repeat. the questions were generally case base to find out your skills of how you handle with the difficult situations.
