Interview
Hi,
I had the interview with HR based in Italy. She said amazon don't give feedback. But here's my feedback they were completely negative and not interested, like they were forced to interview people. you could be the greatest BA on earth but nothing would get past HR italy's prejudices. She asked me the template questions and didn't listen to a word of my answers as she would instantly move on the next question.
If she doesn't like giving people with foreign names a chance, she should be open about it. What a waste of time for everyone, guess amazon can add a number to the ethic interviewed.
Some how I failed the HR stage without getting to the hiring manager. How do Amazon know my BA skills are not good enough, the HR questions were all very easily. But the interviewer didn't listen to a word of my answers. Nasty people in HR, guess it's a nasty tax avoiding satanic organisation
