Just made it to the first round and it was basically automated phone screening where I answered questions while on video. It was mostly about my background and some about the principals of Amazon.

3 rounds. all behavioral. Not too tough. Focus on leadership principles. First round is for 1 hour and all behavioral, and second round is the same as first. Final round was for 45 minutes each and 5 sets of behavioral interviews.
