Amazon Area Manager interview questions

The recruitment process includes an online assessment, an initial HR call, followed by three structured 30-minute interviews evaluating problem solving, leadership, communication, and cultural fit across multiple dimensions globally consistently.

It was very intense, but very good. I had four interviews back to back with four different interviewers that asked me various questions about my background. I had to focus hard on the STAR method to answer these questions and it was a very educational experience.
