Amazon Area Manager interview questions

The process was done in three parts. One part was a skills test, another was a one-on-one interview, and the last was a situation based skills application discussion/interview.

Starts with a Phone screen checking CV, Salary expectations and possible shift patterns. There are then some Competency based interview questions. If you pass phone screen you go to a 4 person panel made up of Operations and HR Managers all interviewers ask competency based questions aligned to Leadership principles.
