Interview
I applied online and was invited to an interview in Indianapolis the next week. I received my offer a week after that. It was a pretty easy interview. The math flow question isn't very hard and the interview questions deal more with your ability to be a leader and manage people and follow company policies and values. If you haven't had any experience being a leader of an organization or even a group project then you wont be that successful.
