Submit application and take the online assessment, consisting of behavioral and basic numerical questions. If passed, engage in two 30 minute interviews. They tend to get back to you relatively quickly following the interviews.
The interview was relatively standard, just know the core principles and how they relate to a few situations you have had. There were no technical questions, mostly leadership-based. They did not ask about prior experience, it just came up during discussion.
