Amazon Applied Scientist Intern interview questions

2 step process with an OA and interview with HM. OA had 2 questions to be solved in 90 minutes. The final interview with HM went well but I got no reply from the recruiter for 3 weeks. She reached to me after 3 weeks and told me that the HM hasn't even filled the feedback! After 4 weeks, just a day before it would have been 1 month they rejected me with no feedback. I suspect that the rejection was automatic since it was just a day before 1 month would have passed after the final interview and my interview with the HM went pretty well
