Interview
I applied online.
After couple weeks, I was asked to complete an online assessment. I got a reply that I passed the assessment and will move forwards to final round, which never happened.
Unpredictable recruitment process. Throughout process, no recruiter contact with candidate. You will keep getting emails from bot and no way to contact in case of any query.
Few of my friends got rejection email even though they are well deserved candidate and talented. On the other side, people who got selected have literally no knowledge of anything. I declined offer because I understand that such people might be hired in my team too. And I don't want to work with such people who don't know anything and still Amazon recruited them.
I failed at OA2. There are two parts for OA2. There are two coding questions in the first part, you can find list of those questions in leetcode discussion page. The time limit is 70 minutes, you can switch back and forth between the problems. The second part is workstyle assessment. Make sure to do some research before answering this part. I think this is where I failed.
