I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Madrid) in Sep 2019
Interview
It was really smooth, the recruiter was very helpful and guided me through the whole process. It consistent of an online tests with 2 problems to solve in 90 mins, then a quick phone call and 4 on-site interviews in their offices in Madrid.
After the online assessments, there was only 1 round of fairly easy phone interview. The interview consisted of both coding question and leadership principle questions. Read the principles sent to you and be prepared.
