After a long conversation , I got a negative feedback(which was very meaningless). Nobody checked my experience or knowledge, just a few questions about my background and that's it. Please take my advice:
1) check candidates cv-s well.
2) check who you are calling
3)don't waste candidates time if you are not interetsed in them from beginning
4) Dont be interested in candidates university name , try to find passion and light, strength in them etc..
5) if you don't hire , please give educative feedback that people can use for their development

Till final everything went well.
Manager round , Nothing interesting they are confused with company policy and questions weŕe regarding old legacy tools that they know.
It is a company that you should think twice before applying they are good at wasting time.
