Processo seletivo bem estruturado, claro e com um tempo de retorno sobre o resultados das etapas aceitável. Pessoas capacitadas geriram todo o processo de seleção, sem muitas dificuldades para participação. Foi um bom aprendizado para seleções futuras.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alpargatas S.A. (Madrid) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process consists of 5 steps: 1)online assessment/ game, 2) interview with HR, 3) video recording of yourself, 4) interview with hiring managers and future team, 5) assessment day in the office.
Overall very disorganized, the hiring manager forgot to show up in the interview, and asked for rescheduling, which was never communicated to the HR team. I just received a rejection email, due to incomplete process
