Phone interview was simple and easy, training was great, people are fun to work with and talk to. Once interview you will be sent an offer letter, once received you can accept or decline offer. Once accepted you will be sent options to choose your schedule and then they will choose the schedule out of the three you choose that best works for you.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
