The interview was quick and not too difficult. I got a call back within a week. A friend of mine worked there and she told me it was easy to move up, so I applied.

I got a call from someone at alorica and they gave me a phone interview. It was concise, to the point, but also fun. We cracked a few jokes here and there and he answered my questions honestly as did I his.

About 4 Questions pretty basic. The they may or may not extend an offer. Then they take you to their computer area to fill out employee forms online. then they give you a sheet so you can get a drug test then theyll call you in about 3-4 days.
