Pretty simple, ask you questions in regards of ever working with people and how you would handle any situation where a customer may yell at you or use vulgar language. Especially wanted to know how you would handle a customer requesting to speak to a supervisor, due to none of the supervisors or managers like to take escalations.

The interview was easy. The interview questions are just the typical. About yourself, your strengths and weakness, why did you leave your current company and why should we hire you. The test part could be a little bit tricky.

I was screened by a recruitment officer who didn't even remember I was supposed to show up. I came on time, did a computer test and then talked about the different campaigns they were hiring for. I chose the customer care for Walmart Bank and was hired the same day.

Fill out applications on site or online. Come to site for testing. Typing test. Customer service simulation. Then a 2 part interview if you pass the test given. Will let you know immediately if you are hired or not. Then HR will begin any paper work that needs to be completed by you. Fast and friendly is how I'd explain my experience

ell me a time you had to deal with an irate customer and what did you do?
