Hr contact you through phone call.
There are 4 round.

Hr round
Screening round.
HR invited to attend the interview call.
All round cleared and waiting for joining date.
But after I called 8 days hr said you are rejected.
So fake hr did the drama and wasted the candidate valuable time.
Interview process is like as drama.
And this drama included hr, technical person, director.
So my suggestion is don't attend the fake aloha technology hr interview call.
They wasted the candidate time.
All is drama.
Aloha office infrastructure is not suitable for IT environment.
HR is interested in your family details,why she asked questions regarding family root background.
So my suggestion is dont attend the fake interview process.

Apti, opps concept, c# basic question, SQL server questions
Had one coding round, after that had database round. Then the technical discussion following managerial interview.
The panel was good, average difficulty but waiting time was too much.I cleared coding and database rounds. Had glitches in technical discussion, then did not go through it and done for the day.

Interview
Round 1 – Technical Basics
The first round focused on assessing fundamental programming knowledge. Questions were mainly based on core Java concepts, SQL queries, and HTML/CSS basics. The interviewer checked understanding of OOP concepts, basic database operations, and front-end structure and styling.
Round 2 – Technical (Moderate Level)
The second round was more in-depth and skill-oriented. It included questions on JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, and .NET. This round aimed to evaluate practical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and how well the candidate understands real-world application development.
Round 3 – HR (Telephonic)
The final round was a telephonic HR discussion, covering topics such as career goals, availability, salary expectations, and general fit for the role and organization.

Explain the core OOP concepts in Java with an example.
Write an SQL query to find the second highest salary from a table.
What is the difference between class and id in HTML, and how does CSS specificity work?
What is the difference between var, let, and const in JavaScript?
Explain MVC architecture and how data flows from Controller to View.

Interview
There interview process started with resume screening, where my resume was shortlisted based on my skills and academic background.
After that, I had a technical test which included Java and SQL questions to check my programming and database knowledge.
After clearing the technical test, I was called for the technical interview round, where the interviewer asked me questions related to Java concepts, SQL queries, and some basic programming questions.
This was the overall interview process.
