Allstate Sales Representative interview questions

1. Phone interview 2. In person interview 3. Hired 4. Studies for state license 5. Passed test after 3 weeks of studying 6. Shadowed and participated in hands on training.

Applicants were pooled together in a Zoom Meeting and asked basic questions regarding their experience, and how they would handle specific situations. There was no opportunity for candidates to ask questions regarding the company. The interview was general, and plain, and did not give candidates the opportunity to reflect on their own professional background.
