Allstate Sales Associate interview questions

it was fair. it was in person and majority of the questions were related to my previoous job experiences. it was one on one interview at their offices. manager was kind to me but i rejected the offer due to better offer elsewhere

Group phone interview with about 6 other candidates. Took about 30 minutes and every candidate took turns answering the questions. Questions were simple, things like "Is it best to work harder, or work smarter" or "Give us an example of a time you overcame an obstacle"
