Stay away from this firm. Unprofessional hiring process where the manager interviewing on video found it perfectly fine to have her cat linger around on the call and related distraction.

Interview
After passing through a screening call with a recruiter I was passed along to a manager for a WebEx interview. The interview was cordial, she told me her background so I could understand where she was coming from and then asked me a little bit about mine.

She provided a scenario. A company had two locations that did X and Y dollars in sales in urban environments and was interested in opening a third location in a similar environment. She asked if, given the information, I could provide a sales estimate for the new location.

Interview
This was an on-campus recruiting interview. I was interviewed by two separate groups of two people - one after the other. Both asked me a number of standard interview questions (e.g. describe a time you set a goal for yourself and met it) and also posed me a couple logic puzzles. After the interview, I was asked to apply again through the corporate website - which I thought was kind of strange.
