Allstate Marketing interview questions

Was told there would be 3-4 different phases of the interview process but ended up only having 2 interviews. Fairly easy interview process. All interviews were over the phone.

Applied online, was contacted a few weeks later for an initial screening. Waited a few more weeks then had a second round at the office in Northbrook, Il. Experience with manager who interviewed me was great, but the HR person in charge of my application experience was awful. Heard she was terminated from the company.
