Allstate interview questions

The communication started well with the recruiter/HR person being communicative and detailed, and the screening is fine. But then, without warning, an email with an expiration time for the virtual interview (48 hours) arrives. That's when it all goes badly. The process is horrible and feels like it is designed to be able to discriminate applicants. It is uncomfortable and honestly, if any company in the future pursues this, I am not even bothering with them. It is disrespectful. The icing on the "terrible experience" cake of this bait and switch application was receiving a satisfaction survey email about the HR person, when they are still proactive and polite.

First there was an initial screener with a recruiter. Then there was a 1 hour first round with a manager and team member. Then a final round (3 hours) including a presentation, behavioral interview, and case study.
