Allstate interview questions

There were very plain questions. Did not go in depth with getting the right candidate in the interview I believe. Also, the process took a very long time, starting to drag it on for the candidates that did not get hired.

30 minute interview with a vp, went through a recruiter. It was over zoom, did not last long and felt somewhat rushed. Was with a manager or vp named Reynold Martin. He seemed hungover, wasn't particularly good at it, and really felt like a waste of time. Wouldn't recommend applying for this position.
